Seed Comments
The pods are hold the seed for months, and sometimes the pod falls intact. The seed pod is quite unusual, and consists of two valves. Usually, there are 1-2 seeds per pod. The seeds are 1-2 mm long, and are black or greenish yellow mottled with black. You should put fresh seeds in hot (50C) water, cover, and let stand for 12-24 hours. Then, mix seeds with moist seed-sowing mix and leave them out for another 24 hours before sowing. For stored seed, the water temperature should be 70-90C, and leave them in it for 48 hours.
