of wetland restoration around the world.
Tony is the Manager of Australia's exciting and innovative Banrock
Station Wine and Wetland Centre.

award.

7. NZERN News

Membership Update
The NZERN office is currently sorting out membership renewals, reciepts and
invoicing.

1st. Everyone who has a current email address will be emailed their complete
payment record if they have ever paid a sub or made a donation.
2nd. All expired subscribers will get a couple of brief email reminders and
then your membership accounts will be closed.
3rd. In future, reciepts will be sent out as part of a email confirmation
message as the subs are processed.
4th. Your payment records will also be found in your password areas.

Your password area now has information about who your pipi manager is, when
you are paid up to and looks a lot better. Expect more improvements!!...

Website
NZERN now has a webcrawler which will be used to search other websites. The
information gathered will be used to make a useful searchable index on
conservation....

Fundraising
NZERN takes delivery this week of a new office server. This will be used to
give all the volunteers passwords and will help protect Pipi by networking
all the computers in an orderly fashion. It will also be used to run project
management software which means we now get much better organised. This was
made possible by a generous grant from the DoC TFBIS fund.

Thank you DoC and especially Joseph Arrand from Wellington....
