help system for members to refer to when using their passwords. You can have

much a work in progress. As you will see, PIPI4 comes in 4 different
editions, to meet the needs of different groups of NZERN members, and each
edition has different features.
Please have a look, you are very welcome to
leave some feedback using the form provided. Passwords will be issued to all
members when the help system is completed. All members will be able to
change information about themselves as well as add new information about
restoration efforts.
