2. NZERN NEWS

The
August NZERN National Council will be meeting at 4pm on 26 August to discuss
possible amendments to the NZERN Constitution and to celebrate the
sucessfull roll-out of PIPI4.

A one-day NZERN National Conference will be
held on 18 November 2007 at Travis Wetland Education Centre in Christchurch.
It runs from 9am to 5pm and all members are urged to attend. Conference
registration will open soon. The Conference will be discussing the progress
in building a national network of restoration groups.

A longer National
Conference is being planned for late 2008 and will be about the challenges
and opportunities for restoration in productive rural landscapes.
