The look and ease of use of the
members discussion forums and mailing list has been finalised. Thanks to
those who have helped with the testing and written feedback last week.
The on-line Help Desks are now being completed with testing underway this
week by a range of members chosen at random. The Help Desks are a way for a
team of unpaid volunteers any where in the world to efficiently provide a
high level of service to all members in a sustainable way. A Help Desk can
be accessed by all members via secure web pages on the internet.
