Conservation Volunteers Project
Work with Department of Conservation staff, Te Waiau Mahika Kai Trust & local Iwi on this 1000 acre restoration project on the Jericho Block on the Blackmount-Manapouri Road.
New plantings, plant/animal pest control, fencing & tending the mahika kai gardens will all be on the menu. Opportunities for tramping, photography, stunning Takitimu mountain views, Food, transport & accommodation provided. Assistance towards costs only $75
