| It would be very useful to be able to save an article or notice without sending it to Pipi. So you could come back later and finish it off.
This "wish" has ben added to the Pipi 4 upgrade.

| I had a little problem tonight that when I was typing up a new notice I wanted to add something, so went to another part of the internet, but when I came back to add the other details, all that I had typed I had disappared. So I had to start over again. Now I realise that this may be a problem on my part, something that I should be doing. Julia |

Just a little wish. When you type in your Username, it would be a lot easier if I could tab to the password, rather than have to leave the keyboard and then position mouse in password area.

| Hi Amber
I'm glad the workshop was OK. Its my first time to take one like that. The feedback from everyone who came was really useful. I think we all found some good solutions.
About the regional mailing lists - would it be more useful to have a "Save file as" function or a "Copy and paste" function.
If it was "save file as" - then the resulting text file or excell file would be saved by the user to their drive and then could be opened and exported into word.
Some corporate systems may not allow this which is where the "Copy and paste" function could also be useful. I'm thinking here of DoC or Council staff who might want to do a mail out to local groups.

| Hi.
Mailing lists would be great. And not just for members of a group, but groups themselves (e.g. a mailing list of all restoration groups in Canterbury).
Enjoyed the Pipi workshop yesterday, thanks Mike. |

Yes you could export them to say Word. Maybe in a format so that so they could also be used for a mail merge as well as mailing labels.

| hi, yes. A larger portion of the screen for reading text = less scrolling and mucking about. otherwise, a great tool. will have other suggestions when I have had a bit more practice adn experience no doubt. |

| Hi Denise
I forgot to pass on a suggestion made by Chris Rance yesterday at the Canterbury Botanical Society 50th Anniversary (the talks at the anniversary were gems).
Chris said it would be great if Pipi could produce mailing labels. I guess that could be an export function.

| Hi Denise
I reckon a calendar would be a great way to enter dates as well.
My wish is to have a tree menu like "windows explorer" that has folders that can be opened or closed revealing information that can be edited.

| Are there Pipi Users out there which have a Wish List, something they would find really useful if it was in the Pipi User area.
The forum is a great way of letting the Pipi development team know what ideas you may have.
A wish list of mine would be the addition of a calender to areas where you have to enter dates, such as Regular Events. This would make the selection of dates so much easier.
